Hepburn Community Radio (HCR) was founded by a small group of locals interested in furthering the development of a community radio station for the Hepburn Shire area of Victoria.

HCR is a registered non-profit Incorporated Association (A0060960R, ABN: 42 386 473 311)

We are members of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA).

Our Philosophy is “By the community, for the community”.
